Getting your needs met through understanding your Human Design Type
Generators and Manifesting Generators
Generators and Manifesting Generators, your greatest tool is your body. Listen to it! Your "Yes" and "No" response will come from your gut. Have people ask you specific "Yes" or "No" questions to get clear on your needs, then follow your YES!
Manifestors
Manifestors, you need to inform and be informed. It's hard for others to read you, and as uncomfortable or vulnerable as it may be to speak your truth, your needs can only be met through voicing them.
Projectors
Projectors, you have a deep need for recognition. What are you being recognized for and can you be invited into that? Being asked open questions are helpful for you to get clear on your needs and follow your energy cycles.
Reflectors
Reflectors, you have a need for spaciousness, time, and authenticity in those around you. Your design follows a 28-day lunar cycle, so you need people around you that can honor your energy cylces and decision making strategy.
Are your needs being met?
As a relationship coach, my biggest concern is your needs. I work with couples on an individual and partnership level to help figure out their needs and how to meet them. I use Human Design and Non-Violent Communication (NVC) to bring needs based languaging to relationships.
